Shipping & Delivery

• An order will not be shipped until 100% payment and a confirmation of payment receipt order is sent to the buyer from us. Please note that certain product variations, for example color, may be physically out of stock but still available on the website at the time of receipt of payment. We will contact you should you want a refund or a similar product of different variation.
• Some products may have longer shipping timelines than others as such we shall provide updates to your order as we receive them from the supplier.
• Shipping of a product depending on availability will be done 3 days after order confirmation.
• Depending on international routes and timelines,you should have your product in 2-10 days from the time of order placement

Delivery

• All products will be delivered between 10am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
• Delivery fees are inclusive of the product unless stated otherwise.
• We offer refunds for some products.
• All our products  are genuine and have been inspected,their specifications are as, from the manufacture.
• All products are inspected before and after shipping to make sure there were no damages incurred.
• For multiple products on the same order, we shall update you on the status of each product in your order but will only deliver the entire order at once.
